Set within a prestigious rural estate, the Equinox Project presented an exciting opportunity to create a residence of exceptional presence and elegance. Brought to life by the creative vision of Stewart + Stewart Design, this project reflects their remarkable ability to balance form, flow, and materiality with effortless sophistication.

With a deep understanding of spatial rhythm and proportion, the designers crafted a series of beautifully interconnected spaces that respond to the scale of the site while maintaining a sense of intimacy and calm. Carefully aligned axis site lines and thoughtful planning give the home a sense of structure and serenity.

This spectacular swimming pool is a true centrepiece of the Equinox Project, combining clean architectural lines with luxurious materiality. Framed by Carbon Black Granite edges and surrounded by Porto di Mare Marble, the pool exudes timeless sophistication and elegant structure. The shimmering surface of the water is beautifully enhanced by the use of Bisazza Opera Mosaics, creating a rich, iridescent effect that dances under sunlight and transforms the pool into a glistening jewel within the landscape. Perfectly aligned with the home’s architectural axis, the pool becomes an extension of the design narrative—offering not only a place to relax and rejuvenate, but also a bold design element that completes the harmony of this exceptional residence.
